General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Black Priority GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and its customers for passenger transportation, tour guiding/event management.

Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The offers made by the Company are non-binding. A contract is only concluded when a written agreement has been signed by both parties or when the Company has sent a written booking confirmation to the customer.

Scope of Services
3.1 The Company offers passenger transportation services, tour guiding, organization of travel events, and event management services according to individual agreements with the customer.
3.2 The exact scope of services and prices are determined in a separate contract or offer.

Payment Terms
4.1 The payment terms are determined in a separate contract or offer. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations and rescheduling must be made in writing and are subject to the individual cancellation and rescheduling conditions set forth in a separate contract or offer.

Liability
6.1 The Company is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
6.2 The Company's liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

Data Protection
7.1 The Company undertakes to comply with applicable data protection regulations. The processing of personal data is only carried out for the purpose of contract fulfillment and is treated confidentially.

Final Provisions
8.1 Changes or additions to these GTC require written form.
8.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
8.3 German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Berlin.
